Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in operations or business management.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing supervision with remote leadership.
• Strong MES knowledge and ability to drive production planning.
• Excellent communication, analytics and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision to production teams and ensure schedules and quality.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies across shifts.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics and QA for smooth throughput.
• Conduct remote performance reviews and guide staff development.
