Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or production supervisory role
• Proven leadership to manage a remote team
• Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization and quality control
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MES and virtual collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision and guidance to production teams, ensuring schedules and quality are met.
