Job summary

Keystone Compass is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to support US real estate clients from home. You will handle administrative, marketing and content tasks, including graphics and video creation, website updates, listings, email and calendar management, and basic research.

You will work Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM–8:00 AM WIB (US Pacific Time). The role offers salary growth via automatic raises every two months, up to Rp4,800,000/month.

Qualifications

• Must work during US Pacific Time night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM WIB) consistently.
• Accept the salary package and raise schedule.
• Not currently in school or working any other job (full-time, part-time, freelance, remote or virtual).
• Fluent, professional-level English: speaking, listening, reading and writing; daily communication with US clients by email, chat and video call.
• Reliable WiFi with upload and download speeds above 10 Mbps.
• Work from home in a quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions and distractions.
• Willing to install Time Doctor on your computer during working hours.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut and/or WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics for listings and marketing materials.
• Create short videos and content pieces for marketing.
• Update websites and property listings and manage related content.
• Manage email and calendars; perform basic research and data entry.
• Communicate daily with US clients in English to coordinate tasks.
