Job summary

Vault Cloud is seeking a Network Engineering Lead to guide a team of network engineers in designing, building, and automating high-performance cloud networks. You will bridge technical design with execution, delivering complex projects while fostering a collaborative, values-driven environment.

This remote role is offshore, based in the Philippines or Indonesia, with responsibilities spanning architecture, verification, and delivery of secure sovereign cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership with strong team mentoring and accountability.
• Extensive cloud networking design, architecture, and deployment experience.
• Hands-on IaC automation using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of datacenter fabrics and security appliances.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of network engineers.
• Govern technical designs and enforce standards via peer-code reviews.
• Implement core cloud solutions and run PoCs for emerging tech.
• Optimize agile delivery with epics, estimations, and sprint alignment.
• Allocate resources across product frameworks to meet SLAs/SLOs.
