Job summary

Glints seeks a Creative & Media Designer in Indonesia to shape visual identities across print, digital, and video media. You will craft sketches, prototypes, and mockups, collaborating with clients and teammates to define creative directions.

Qualifications

Two years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative/marketing setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related discipline.
Experience with design tools: Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, XD, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Proven remote work experience and collaboration with distributed teams via Slack, Teams, Zoom, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for brainstorming.
A portfolio showcasing original design work across print, digital, and video media.
Photography experience and photo-editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and teammates to translate objectives into clear design briefs.
Research audiences, trends, competitors, and other factors to inform design decisions.
Leverage AI tools to brainstorm ideas and develop early-stage concepts.
Develop design concepts aligned with client brand identities and present for feedback.
Create sketches, wireframes, and mockups to visualize concepts.
Produce high-quality assets for print, video, web, and other media.
Develop storyboards for video and animated content to communicate ideas.
Ensure final designs meet technical specs like file formats and color profiles.
Iterate designs based on client and user feedback to reach final output.
Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and marketing to ensure consistency across projects.
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and provide client support as needed.
Present work and updates via Slack, video calls, and other collaboration tools.
