Job summary

Glints is seeking a remote graphic designer to translate client goals into compelling visual concepts. You will research audience needs, create print/digital/video designs, and develop storyboards for animation while aligning with brand identity.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience, a graphic design degree, portfolio across media, and proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma. English fluency and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Art, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, XD, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working remotely with screening and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom).
• Portfolio showing original design work across print, digital, and video.
• Photo editing skills are a plus.

• Collaborate with copywriters, web developers, marketing specialists to ensure consistency.

• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client brand identity and vision, and present them for feedback and approval.
• Create sketches, prototypes, wireframes, or mockups to visualize concepts before finalizing designs.
• Create high-quality designs for print, video, web, and other media.
• Develop storyboards for video and animated media to communicate concepts to clients and teammates.
• Ensure final designs meet technical specifications, including file formats and color profiles.
• Iterate on designs based on client or user feedback until the final output is achieved.
• Collaborate with copywriters, web developers, marketing specialists, and other teammates to ensure consistency across projects.
• Manage multiple complex projects independently, meet deadlines, and provide client support as needed.
• Share work and feedback through Slack, video calls, and other online collaboration tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Art, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of academic and professional experience with expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, XD, and Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience working remotely in a collaborative team using Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly for brainstorming and ideation.
• A portfolio showing original design work across print, digital, and video.
• Photography experience and photo-editing software proficiency are a plus
