Job summary

DotYeti Design is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join our fully remote creative team as an independent contractor. The role aligns with Jakarta time (3 PM–11 PM WIB) and values artistry, quality, and timely delivery.

You will develop illustrations, social graphics, logos, print designs, animations, and videos, collaborating with the design team to turn briefs into impactful assets while embracing new tools and AI workflows for better output.

Qualifications

• Proven design experience with a strong portfolio in branding and graphic design.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and user experience, not just finishing work.
• Pride in details; iterates until perfect.
• Curious and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with the team.
• Startup or agency experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Multimedia Designer - DotYeti

Important Note: This position operates within the Jakarta, Indonesia time zone (3 PM - 11 PM WIB). Flexibility with working hours is essential.

What you'll do:

• Creative Craft: Develop product illustrations, social media graphics, logos, print designs, animations, and videos made with real artistry and the kind of detail people notice.
• Quality & Delivery: Deliver polished, high-quality, and on-brand multimedia content on time across digital and print platforms. You hold your work to a high bar before anyone else has to.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to turn briefs into impactful digital assets, share feedback openly, and keep projects moving (and fun).
• Problem Solving: Optimize designs and troubleshoot technical visual challenges across Adobe tools, finding fixes that last, not just quick patches.
• Learning & Tools: Explore new tools, AI workflows, and techniques that help the team create better work.

• Has significant proven design experience.
• Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
• Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished.
• Takes pride in the details and doesn't call it done until it's right.
• Is naturally curious, always tinkering with a new tool, trick, or technique.
• Communicates clearly, offers help, asks for it, and celebrates wins with the team.

Bonus Points for:

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
