Momis Bakery is seeking a Marketing and Communications Officer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage online and offline communication channels, and craft messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.

You will create content for social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases, while monitoring campaign impact and collaborating with program teams to share successes and needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with content creation (graphics, video editing) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of branding and public relations principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies.
