Qualifications

• Fluent/Native-level Mandarin Chinese with professional English.
• Experience as live interpreter or translator in customer-facing roles.
• Comfort facilitating real-time conversations over calls or video meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide live two-way interpretation (English ⇄ Mandarin) during scheduled calls or virtual meetings between customer service, project managers, and Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Translate customer inquiries, feedback, and solar-related questions for clarity.
• Translate brief written communications from English into Simplified/Traditional Chinese as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and cultural sensitivity during interactions.
