Pt Inforama Komunikasi seeks a Remote Lead Interior Architect to guide the interior design vision for prestigious branded residences worldwide. You will lead concept development, design execution, and mentor a remote team from your home office.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in high-end residential interiors with strong leadership and software proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp). Experience in FF&E sourcing and procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 9+ years of progressive experience in interior architecture with high-end branded residential projects.
• Proven track record leading design teams on complex projects.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering tools.
• Strong FF&E sourcing, specifications and procurement knowledge.
• Exceptional aesthetic sense, spatial planning and materials expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven remote team leadership.
• Sophisticated portfolio of luxury interiors.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and design development for global branded residences.
• Develop innovative luxury interior concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Manage and mentor a remote team of designers and architects.
• Oversee selection of FF&E and oversee procurement processes.
• Collaborate with external consultants for integrated design solutions.
• Prepare design documentation: floor plans, elevations, materials boards, specs.
• Present proposals to clients and stakeholders with compelling visuals.
• Ensure budgets, timelines and quality across remote teams.
