Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant focus on automation and process optimization in manufacturing.
• Proven track record in leading complex automation projects and driving large-scale process improvements.
• Deep understanding of robotics, PLCs, SCADA systems, IoT in manufacturing, and digital manufacturing technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation solutions across manufacturing processes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for process optimization, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Manage and mentor a global team of industrial engineers and automation specialists, fostering a collaborative remote work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of automated systems and optimized processes.
• Utilize advanced data analytics, simulation, and modeling tools to analyze process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automated systems and optimized workflows.
