Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own lead-generation campaigns across multiple client accounts. This remote role requires strategic assessment, independent action, and clear communication to improve performance.

You will work with home services and B2B clients, coordinating with designers and using AI tools to boost efficiency. UK business hours alignment and ASAP start are expected. Monthly rate: USD 1400-1600.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing lead-generation campaigns for service-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead-generation campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting (GA4, analytics, dashboards).
• Communicate performance updates and recommendations to clients.
