You will implement robust controls, conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales to keep stock flowing smoothly. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or related field.
• Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain accurate inventory control procedures and systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide insights to optimize stock, minimize waste, and prevent stockouts.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Generate reports on inventory status, turnover, and accuracy for management review.
