Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers is seeking a highly organized Remote Inventory Management Specialist to remotely oversee inventory across multiple warehouses. The role emphasizes data accuracy, forecasting, and optimizing stock levels using advanced WMS tools and Excel.

You will collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales teams to align inventory strategies with business needs, while maintaining detailed records and generating regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, control, or related warehousing roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations remotely.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory control, including cycle counting and physical inventories.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels to prevent overstock and stockouts.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System with high accuracy.
