Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations remotely.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

• Generate regular reports on inventory status, turnover rates, accuracy metrics, and potential issues.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements in inventory management.
• Provide remote support and guidance to on-site warehouse teams regarding inventory best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, control, or a related warehousing role.
• Proven expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, forecasting, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for remote work.
