Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive Remote Information Security Officer to oversee security policies, manage risk, and promote a strong security culture across a distributed workforce. This fully remote role focuses on governing security programs and ensuring compliance with standards.

You will lead incident response, train staff, and collaborate with external vendors to strengthen resilience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years in information security, governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Proven ability to develop and manage security programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading remote or distributed security operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and procedures.
• Oversee risk management: identify, assess and mitigate security risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
• Lead incident response team from detection to resolution.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees.
• Manage relationships with third-party security vendors.
