Pt. Sumatrasarana Sekar Sakti (S4 Group) is seeking an Aviation Security Officer to lead remote oversight, monitor global threats, and develop robust security policies. The role focuses on leveraging data analytics to enhance security posture across multiple sites from a remote location.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in aviation security, strong knowledge of ICAO Annex 17 and TSA regulations, and proven experience with security technologies and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation security, risk management, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of international aviation security regulations (e.g., ICAO Annex 17, TSA regulations).
• Experience with security technologies, risk assessment methodologies, and policy development.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze global aviation security threats and trends.
• Develop, review, and update aviation security policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Conduct remote assessments of security measures at various airports and facilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to address security vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of security programs and technologies.
• Prepare reports and present findings on aviation security matters to management.
