Job summary

Pt Indra Angkola is seeking an experienced Remote Hygiene Specialist to support operations via remote audits and guideline development for sanitation across multiple sites. This role emphasizes proactive policy creation, virtual assessments, and data-driven recommendations to uphold health standards with minimal on-site presence.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a track record in hygiene or public health, plus proficiency with digital reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hygiene, sanitation, or public health related role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sanitation protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for remote assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, communication, and virtual collaboration.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures for remote monitoring.
• Conduct virtual audits and assessments of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide training materials and guidance to on-site teams regarding sanitation best practices.
• Analyze sanitation reports and identify areas for improvement or non-compliance.
• Collaborate with operational managers to address hygiene concerns and implement corrective actions remotely.
