Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geosciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a GIS Specialist, preferably in Oil & Gas.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Desktop/Pro and QGIS; database management.
- Experience with spatial analysis techniques and map production.
- Strong communication and collaboration in a remote team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage GIS databases for exploration and production assets.
- Create detailed maps, analyses, and visualizations to support exploration planning and monitoring.
- Integrate spatial datasets including seismic, well data, infrastructure, and environment information.
- Use GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) for data manipulation, analysis, and map production.
- Collaborate remotely with geologists, engineers, and stakeholders to address spatial data needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards.
