Job summary

bitbybit Studio is offering a paid internship for a Full-Stack Engineer to work remotely from Indonesia. The role runs 3–6 months and focuses on building AI-powered systems and scalable infrastructure for processing WhatsApp conversations for businesses.

You will develop web apps with React/Next.js, create APIs with Node.js and Python, and integrate with WhatsApp Business API and other services. Collaboration with senior engineers is expected in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, or related field.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.
• Experience with React, Node.js, APIs, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build robust APIs and backend services for AI-powered features using Node.js and Python.
• Integrate with WhatsApp Business API, Shopify, and other third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on system architecture and design.
• Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.
• Work on database design, optimization, and data pipeline development.
• Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment automation.
