IT in Indonesia seeks a Full Stack Engineer to join a team developing a Japanese enterprise portal. You will build new features while strengthening the engineering foundation from the ground up, covering frontend in React/TypeScript and backend in Python/Django.

Responsibilities include API development with Django REST Framework, AWS infrastructure via CDK, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing with Playwright and pytest. The project emphasizes performance, security, and reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Django or another Python web framework.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to improve existing systems.
• Comfortable working with technical documentation written in Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and Django.
• Build and integrate REST APIs using Django REST Framework.
• Develop and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated testing from scratch.
• Develop E2E tests using Playwright and backend tests using pytest.
• Improve application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to establish development and deployment best practices.
