Abe Realty International is seeking a detail-oriented freelance Bookkeeper / Accountant based in Indonesia to support our accounting operations. This fully remote, long-term role requires independence, accuracy and timely delivery of financial records.

Responsibilities include recording daily transactions, maintaining AP/AR, reconciling accounts, month-end close support, and producing P&L and balance sheet reports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Two years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail, organization and time management.

Aufgaben

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable with invoices, bills and payment records.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end closing.
• Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Organize receipts, invoices and accounting documents.
• Coordinate with management and external accountants as needed.
