Job summary

RecruitGo Careers seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper based in Bali to manage financial records across multiple entities in various geographies. The role offers hybrid work and supports growing businesses with essential financial controls.

Key duties include handling cloud-based bookkeeping, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance across entities. Strong English and IFRS knowledge are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and multi-currency transactions is a plus.
• Experience with Xero and Dext or similar cloud software.
• Strong MS Office skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities.
• Record and categorize daily transactions (income/expenses/assets/liabilities).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
• Prepare financial reports: P&L, balance sheets, cash flow.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
