Pt Biznet Networks is seeking a Remote Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights across the organization. This role emphasizes strong modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and effective remote communication.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in FP&A or corporate finance with advanced Excel and FP&A software skills, and a proven ability to deliver actionable financial analysis in a global, remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; master's or professional certification desirable.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan).

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial results, identify key drivers of performance, and report on variances from budget/forecast.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Provide financial analysis and business support to various departments.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.
• Contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies.
