Job summary

Sustainable Fisheries Partnership (SFP) is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across our global NGO. You will manage grant budgets, donor reporting, and labor planning within our ERP systems, producing timely reports and insights to guide leadership decisions.

You'll work with an international team, maintain financial controls, and help ensure compliance with donor requirements while advancing conservation goals through accurate, efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; NGO/nonprofit experience highly preferred.
• Experience with grant management and financial reporting; donor compliance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes; prepare analyses and variance explanations.
• Manage grant budgets, reporting calendars, and donor reporting requirements.
• Maintain ERP data, generate standard and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and schedules.
• Assist with labor allocations, indirect cost calculations, and project accounting across grants and contracts.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and internal controls.
