Ysq International is seeking a knowledgeable Remote Farm Management Consultant to provide expert guidance to agricultural businesses across Indonesia. This fully remote role empowers farmers with insights to improve productivity, profitability, and sustainability through virtual consultations.

You will leverage your experience in farm operations, market trends, and best practices to develop customized solutions and support clients in implementing changes that drive long-term resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of farm management or agricultural consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian farming contexts.
• Excellent remote communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with farm management software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of farm operations, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
• Develop customized farm management plans, including crop planning, resource allocation, and financial strategies.
• Provide virtual coaching and advisory services on best practices in agronomy, pest management, and soil health.
• Analyze market trends and economic data to advise clients on optimal planting, harvesting, and sales strategies.
• Assist clients in adopting new technologies and implementing efficient operational procedures.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations outlining recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
