Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (extensive experience may substitute).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in agricultural operations management.
• Experience in crop management, pest control, and farm equipment operation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with modern farming techniques and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily agricultural operations, including planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting.
• Manage and motivate a team of farm workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Monitor crop health and implement interventions for pest and disease control.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, including water, fertilizers, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate operational records and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning for operational improvements and yield maximization.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols across all operational activities.
