In this fully remote role, you will coordinate cleaning services, maintenance requests, and supply chain activities for multiple sites, using digital platforms to keep operations smooth.

• Proven experience in facilities management or operations coordination, preferably remote.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with digital tools for project management, communication, and reporting.
• Excellent communication with remote teams and vendors.
• Proactive problem-solving and vendor relations experience.
• Experience with inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning services and maintenance for all facilities.
• Manage and track facility-related requests for timely resolution.
• Oversee procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment remotely.
