Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an experienced Remote Early Learning Center Director to lead our online education initiative. You will oversee curriculum development, instructional quality, staff management, and partnerships with families in a digital setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in ECE or related field, 6+ years in leadership, and strong expertise in LMS and remote team management. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary and opportunities to shape online early childhood

Qualifications

Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
6+ years in early childhood education leadership with 2+ years in director roles.
Proven curriculum development and program management experience.
Strong knowledge of child development and pedagogical practices.
Remote leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with educational technology and LMS.

Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the online early learning center.
Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of educators and support staff.
Ensure the development and implementation of a high-quality, engaging curriculum.
Maintain strong communication channels with parents and guardians, addressing inquiries and fostering partnerships.
Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
