Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in early childhood education leadership, with at least 2 years in director/management roles, online experience preferred.
• Proven curriculum development and program management experience.
• Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills for remote management.
• Proficiency with educational technology and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the online early learning center.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of educators and support staff.
• Ensure development and implementation of a high-quality, engaging curriculum.
