Job summary

TSMG is seeking a proactive Point of Contact (PoC) Coordinator to engage local communities, recruit participant groups, and coordinate project activities for our Robotics AI data collection initiative.

You will build relationships with businesses, schools, and community groups, explain project scope and expectations, and manage participant schedules and onboarding, while maintaining clear communication with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses, organizations, and community groups.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and online meeting tools.
• Basic English communication; local language for the market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, educational institutions, community groups, and other potential participant sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and business representatives.
• Recruit groups of participants who meet project requirements.
• Explain project scope, participation process, compensation, and expectations to potential participants.
• Coordinate participant schedules and ensure recording sessions are organized.
• Act as main point of contact between participants and the TSMG operations team.
• Track participant progress and maintain recruitment/attendance records.
• Resolve participant questions or logistical issues during the project.
• Ensure onboarding materials and documentation are completed by all participants.
• Support participant retention with regular communication and engagement.
• Report recruitment progress and project updates to the TSMG team.
