Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation and negotiation through execution and renewal.
• Liaise with internal teams to understand their contracting needs and provide timely legal advice.
• Maintain a centralized repository of all executed contracts and ensure their accessibility.
• Identify and advise on potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
