Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a professional kitchen environment.
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques and a solid understanding of culinary principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote team setting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines from home.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specific dishes or components as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef according to standardized recipes.
• Ensure consistency in food preparation, quality, and presentation for all menu items.
• Manage inventory and requisitions for your designated station to minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all food safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other remote culinary team members and the kitchen management.
