Job summary

You will coordinate online and offline marketing efforts, craft engaging materials, and support lead generation targeted at HR, corporate, and BPO clients. The role requires collaboration with Sales and Clinical teams and a strong command of English, with experience in CRM and marketing automation considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, content marketing, communications, or event management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Experience planning and managing events, webinars, or corporate presentations.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content marketing.
• Create engaging B2B content including blogs, newsletters, webinars, and marketing materials.
• Plan and coordinate online and offline events, webinars, workshops, and corporate presentations.
• Support lead generation activities targeting HR, Corporate, and BPO clients.
• Develop sales presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, lead quality, and engagement metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales and Clinical teams to ensure accurate and ethical marketing communications.
