You’ll leverage your psychology degree to identify sensitive topics, flag bias, and report safer response alternatives, all while working remotely within a global network of contributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language.
• English proficiency: Basic (B1) to read project guides and safety rules.
• Empathy combined with logical risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safety Reviews: Review content flagged as potentially risky and decide if it follows safety rules.
• Behavior Analysis: Identify biased or unfair behavior in AI interactions.
• Risk Reporting: Flag gray areas and suggest safer response alternatives.
• Mental Health Awareness: Use your degree to ensure AI handles sensitive topics with care.
