TELUS Digital AI Community seeks a Specialist to design governance and strategy for responsible AI across a global network. You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps, ensure ethical, transparent AI solutions, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to scale AI safely.

In this role, you will lead governance design, risk assessments, and explainability rubrics while driving organizational literacy and adoption of responsible AI practices across projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, MIS or ethics/philosophy with digital/tech focus.
• MBA or JD is highly preferred.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory to navigate regional legal nuances.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Roadmap Development: Identify high-value AI use cases and align with objectives and ROI targets.
• Governance Framework Design: Build governance structures, including accountability models, policy guidelines, and ethical review processes.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Lead assessments to ensure alignment with global standards (EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF) and mitigate bias, privacy, and security risks.
• Ethical Oversight & Transparency: Develop rubrics for model explainability and fairness to ensure traceability and social responsibility.
• Organizational Change & Literacy: Facilitate workshops to bridge the AI expertise barrier and foster data-driven, ethical AI adoption.

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law (Digital/Tech focus)

MBA or JD preferred
