Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language.
• Basic English (B1) to read project guides and safety rules.
• Empathy and logical thinking to identify risks that others might miss.

Responsabilidades

• Safety reviews of potentially risky or harmful AI-generated content.
• Analyze AI interactions for bias or unfair behavior.
• Identify gray areas where AI could give unsafe advice and suggest safer alternatives.
• Ensure the AI recognizes sensitive topics and handles them with care.
