Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Ethics, Law, Public Policy, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years in AI ethics, technology governance, or regulatory compliance with AI focus.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their ethical implications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement governance frameworks.
• Experience in remote, distributed or global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce policies for ethical AI development and deployment.
• Oversee AI governance processes, including risk assessments and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and engineering to embed ethics into lifecycles.
• Provide expert advice on mitigating bias and enhancing transparency in AI.
• Develop and deliver training on AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Stay informed about evolving AI ethics regulations and best practices.
