Job summary

Fabrica Trading Co., Limited seeks an experienced accountant to join our fully remote team. You will manage daily accounting operations, prepare monthly and annual financial reports, and handle payables and receivables.

A 2–4 year background in accounting, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency with Xero, Logo, ETA, or Tiger ERP are essential. You will work independently in an international, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience using accounting software such as Xero, Logo, ETA, Tiger ERP, or similar accounting systems
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
• Prepare tax calculations and supporting documents
• Maintain balance sheets and profit & loss statements
