Job summary

Golden Agri Resources, based in Indonesia, seeks an Agronomy Assistant to organize budgets per field conditions and MCAR standards, and to coordinate the division\'s daily work plan (RKH) to meet targets. You will lead the division\'s morning circle and supervise Mandor and Kerani to ensure execution.

You will foster relationships with government officials and local communities, sign daily reports, and manage cost reporting and restricted material controls, with relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy.
• Up to 4 years of experience as Agronomy Assistant.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to relocate according to company needs.

Responsibilities

• Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.
• Lead the morning circle at the division's office for the day\'s work arrangements.
• Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set.
• Foster good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and surrounding communities.
• Examine and sign daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress / work of third parties.
• Request non-harvest premium based on the work done.
• Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual monthly.
• Ensure restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day at the first opportunity.
