Job summary

goldenagri is seeking an Agronomy Assistant to organize budgets aligned with field conditions and MCAR standards, and to lead daily work planning across Sinarmas operations. You will coordinate Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily plan is executed on target, while fostering relations with employees and local officials.

Candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Agronomy and up to four years of related experience, with strong communication skills and willingness to relocate as required by the

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Maximum 4 years of working experience as Agronomy Assistant.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to be located in all Sinarmas operation area.
• Ready to be relocated according to company needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.
• Lead the morning circle at the division's office to plan the day’s work.
• Coordinate Mandor and Kerani to ensure daily work plan (RKH) is executed properly.
• Maintain good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities around the division.
• Review and sign daily reports of employment, materials usage, and progress of third parties.
• Request non-harvest premium based on work done.
• Explain division operating costs versus budget and actuals monthly.
• Ensure restriction and safe storage of TBS and brondolan, transported next day when possible.
