Job summary

goldenagri is seeking an Assistant Agronomy supervisor to organize budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards. The role leads the morning circle at the division office and coordinates Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out toward the target.

The candidate should have a bachelor degree in Agronomy, up to three years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to relocate as required by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy required.
• Up to 3 years of experience as Assistant Agronomy.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to be relocated as per company needs.

Responsibilities

• Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.
• Lead the morning circle at the division office for the day's work arrangements.
• Coordinate Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out.
• Foster good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities surrounding the division.
• Examine and sign daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress / work of third parties.
• Request non-harvest premium based on the work done.
• Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual month.
• Ensure restrictions of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day.
