Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Indonesia seeks a Repair & Maintenance Manager to translate corporate reliability strategies into daily action plans, directing multidisciplinary maintenance teams and ensuring safe, efficient execution of corrective, preventive, and emergency work orders across refineries, biodiesel, kernel crushing, marsho, filling, and utilities.

The role guarantees maximum asset uptime and operational continuity by driving workforce productivity, adherence to schedules, and strict safety

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
Minimum 7 years in maintenance or engineering roles.
Experience with AM/PM implementations and measuring OEE, MTBF, MTTR.
Familiarity with SAP PM, API/ASME/ISO standards and PdM tools.
Willingness to travel to refineries sites.

Responsibilities

Implement repair and maintenance strategy aligning with RCM/FMEA within WCM.
Manage work orders & daily operations for planned and unplanned maintenance.
Lead corrective and preventive actions from RCA & CI.
Prioritize daily work on critical equipment.
Control KPI targets: MTTR, MTBF, %Breakdown, availability, reliability.
Ensure WO compliance, schedule adherence, and backlog management.
Lead and develop technicians, building competency.
Support WCM integration across sites for PM, FI, and AM.
Enforce standards and OPLs, and coordinate with reliability improvement efforts.
