Diageo Indonesia is seeking a Technical & Assurance Manager to drive technical excellence, quality, compliance, and assurance across the supply chain and manufacturing footprint in Indonesia. The role ensures regulatory alignment and adherence to global standards with focus on operational integrity.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee audits, manage risk, and implement corrective actions while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the site in Bali/Tabanan.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical, quality, assurance, operations, or manufacturing roles within FMCG, food & beverage, or related industries.
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of technical standards, quality systems, regulatory requirements, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations.

Aufgaben

• Implement global, regional, customer, and regulatory technical and quality requirements across the Indonesia Supply Chain, monitor compliance and identify gaps, risks, and required actions, provide technical guidance to Indonesia site.
• Identify and manage technical, quality, compliance, and operational risks; coordinate audits; track audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for key issues; identify recurring problems and improve processes, controls, and standards.
• Maintain effective assurance routines, controls, reporting, and action tracking; provide visibility of risks, issues, audit findings, and performance to Supply Chain leadership.
• Build technical, quality, and compliance capability across Supply Chain teams; promote ownership and a strong culture; share best practices.

Job Description: The role is accountable for the effective execution of technical, quality, compliance, and assurance standards across the Indonesia Supply Chain, ensuring operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with global requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement global, regional, customer, and regulatory technical and quality requirements across the Indonesia Supply Chain, monitor compliance and identify gaps, risks, and required actions, provide technical guidance to Indonesia site.
• Identify and manage technical, quality, compliance, and operational risks; coordinate ISO, customer, internal, regulatory, and global audits; track audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed and effective.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for key issues; identify recurring problems and improve processes, controls, and standards; drive improvements in quality, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain effective assurance routines, controls, reporting, and action tracking; provide clear visibility of key risks, issues, audit findings, and performance to Supply Chain leadership; work with key functions to resolve issues and strengthen operational controls.
• Build technical, quality, and compliance capability across Supply Chain teams; promote ownership, accountability, and a strong quality and compliance culture; share best practices and support implementation of regional and global initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 3‑5+ years of experience in technical, quality, assurance, operations, or manufacturing roles within FMCG, food & beverage, or related industries.
