Shinhan Bank Indonesia invites a results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. You will lead marketing, account selling and cross-selling activities while building strong client partnerships.

You will handle funding and credit application processes and perform other RM duties, leveraging networks to expand banking product adoption. The position requires initiative, analytical thinking, persuasive communication, and a target-driven mindset to achieve growth in a competitive market.

Formación

• Minimun Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
• Have 3-5 years of work experience as Marketing/Relationship Manager (preferably in Funding) in Banking Industry.
• Have passion and interest in selling various banking products.
• Have high initiative, strong analytical thinking, good persuasion and tenacity (target driven).
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal and sales skills.
• Have good networking skills in formal and non-formal organizations, with various levels of correspondence.
