Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 3+ years in banking, with Funding/ Liability/ Corporate Banking or RM experience.
• Proven track record in acquiring corporate customers and growing portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Drive corporate customer acquisition to grow funding, CASA, and deposits.
• Build and strengthen relationships with corporate customers and key decision makers.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients with growth opportunities.
• Identify potential customers via network, referrals, and market opportunities.
• Recommend deposit, CASA, and funding solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Plan and execute customer acquisition and funding strategies to hit targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance and growth; identify risks and opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and partner with customers for mutual benefit.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery of banking solutions.

What You'll Do

• Drive corporate customer acquisition to grow funding, CASA, and deposit portfolios.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate customers and key decision makers.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients while identifying opportunities for relationship deepening and cross-selling.
• Proactively identify potential customers through your personal network, business connections, referrals, and market opportunities.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend relevant deposit, CASA, and funding solutions.
• Develop and execute effective customer acquisition and funding strategies to achieve business targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance, customer activity, and funding growth to identify opportunities and risks.
• Negotiate commercial terms and build mutually beneficial partnerships with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective execution of banking solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
• Take ownership of individual targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Corporate Funding business.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, particularly in Funding, Liability, Corporate Banking, or Relationship Management.
• Proven experience handling corporate customers and managing customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CASA, deposits, and funding products.
• Demonstrated track record in customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Strong personal network with the ability to develop and convert business opportunities.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for business development and achieving targets.
• Proactive, confident, persistent, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
