Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Identify and evaluate the financial solutions offered by banks to assess which best aligns with the company's requirements.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with banks for various financial products, including loans, lines of credit, and other funding solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (such as Finance, Operations, and Strategy) to estimate the company’s capital needs.
• Design and implement capital funding strategies based on the company’s financial needs and objectives.
• Determine the cost of capital and explore optimal funding structures to minimize financial risk while maximizing business growth.
• Manage the execution of financial transactions,
• Oversee the post-execution phase to ensure effective deployment and management of capital.
• Monitor the performance of financial solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Other tasks when assigned

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance, banking, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing banking relationships and capital funding strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, banking products, and capital management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
