Job summary

Triputra Visi Energi seeks fresh graduates or final year law students to support regulatory research and the drafting of standard agreements for the group's activities. The role involves reviewing licensing requirements and ensuring KYC compliance for vendors and customers.

You'll help maintain the legal database and coordinate with notaries or legal advisers as needed, contributing to the legal support across TRIVE's business units.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year student in law.
• Experience drafting agreements and conducting legal research.
• Fast, detail-oriented, and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on regulations related to business activities and new regulations that impact business activities.
• Provide a review of regulations related to the licensing process owned or required by Triputra Visi Energi.
• Reviewing/drafting standard agreements that are routinely made by the company.
• Conduct KYC review of vendor/supplier/customer legality data.
• Manage legal database input.
• Coordinate with third parties (notaries, legal advisers) if necessary.
