Job summary

MatchaTalent in Depok is seeking a diligent Legal Officer with a focus on Regulatory Affairs to ensure full regulatory compliance. You will monitor laws, advise on compliance strategies, and interface with regulators, in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires a Bachelor of Laws and at least 4 years in regulatory affairs or corporate law, with strong research and communication skills. You will handle filings, governance matters, and keep regulatory trackers up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or corporate law.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, applications, and reports on time.
• Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and support audits.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory implications of new products or initiatives.
