Job summary

PwC is seeking a Regional Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions for client engagements in the Southeast Asia region. The role combines strong technical depth with people and delivery management to mentor a development team and serve as a trusted technical liaison for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Proven experience designing, building and deploying Salesforce applications, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative configuration, integrations (APIs), data migration and security considerations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices for customization, and deployment processes (CI/CD, source control, managed/unmanaged packages).
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces and translating business requirements into technical solutions that meet CRM needs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage competing priorities, and resolve complex software and application issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions in alignment with the technical architecture.
• Collaborate with Technical Architect and Functional Lead to ensure best practices and optimal outcomes.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with client stakeholders, communicating design decisions and risks.
• Manage development cadence: assign work, set expectations, review deliverables, mentor developers.
• Oversee workload distribution, timelines and quality across the team; escalate critical changes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, design, coding and reviews.
• Ensure adherence to release management, code quality, testing and deployment practices.
